Phil’s parents instilled in him at an early age the importance of voting. It’s the cornerstone of our country and we must treasure it.

Voting inherently creates ownership in one’s community. Voting, at a minimum, should be the beginning of civic engagement. Phil is committed to working with all citizens.

Phil is committed to encouraging everyone to register to vote, cast their ballot, and make their voice heard at all levels of government — particularly in local elections where each vote has a greater impact compared to state or federal elections.
